A 9ct gold manual wind gentleman's Smith's De Luxe wrist watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied gilt Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case hallmarked London 1962, presentation engraving to the rear, fitted to a non-original tan leather strap with pin buckle, unsigned movement. Case diameter 30mm. With box and papers.

A Smith's wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, dial has tiny marks, some of the numerals showing signs of wear, a few light scratches to the hands, glass is lightly scratched, may polish out, case has medium scratches and small scuffs, a few tiny dints, presentation engraving to the rear that reads 'BRITISH RAILWAYS S.G. WRIGHT IN APPRECIATION OF 45 YERAS SERVICE', crown is lightly scratched, strap shows signs of wear and creasing, small area beginning to peel on the underside, and fraying around the pin holes and edge of strap, two small areas of discolouration caused by rubbing on the case, pin buckle is pitted and has an area of discolouration.
With box and papers consisting of guarantee dated 31st Dec 1963..
