BREGUET - an 18k gold automatic gentleman's limited edition wrist watch, numbered 90/97, reference 3999ba/15/286, the silvered guilloche dial having a chapter ring with black Roman numerals, date aperture set to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, circular shaped case with inspection plate to rear, numbered 1736H, fitted to a non-original black leather strap with an authentic 18k gold pin buckle, signed calibre 591. Case diameter 33mm. With box and papers.
This lot is number 90 in a limited edition of 97 examples created to commemorate Hong Kong's transfer from British to Chinese rule on 1st July 1997.

Condition Report
A Breguet wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, dial and hands appear in fairly good condition, however light marks on the minute track and Breguet marker, and areas of light discolouration on the hands, glass is in good condition, no scratches visible to the naked eye, case has medium scratches and scuffs, tiny dints, a few area of pitting on lugs, chip to one of the lugs, crown has lost its cabochon sapphire tip, bezel has medium scratches and scuffs, small areas of pitting, strap shows signs of wear and creasing, signs of rubbing to the end of the strap by the case, pin buckle has medium scratches and scuffs.
Due to the opening of this case back we recommend that this watch is sealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
With box and papers consisting of directions for use and undated certificate.
