Masonic Jewel, Royal Arch Lodge No. 114 Cambuslang, awarded to 'Bro A. Maxwell P.M. in appreciation of his services as R.W.M', diamond set suspension hallmarked Birmingham 15 ct gold. Height measuring 9.5 cm, gross weight 17.6 grams.

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Scratches and marks to the reverse from acid tests. Significant loss to the blue enamel. The suspension is hallmarked also with the maker's mark L&P, the bottom terminal to the ribbon is stamped 15ct, top terminal is unmarked. Engravings to both ribbon terminals and reverse of the suspension.
