A gilt keyless wind pair case repoussé pocket watch by Thomas Gardner, London, the white enamel dial with black Arabic numeral hour markers surrounded by an outer minute track, plain inner case, outer case decorated with decorative border and classical scene to rear, fitted with a signed frosted gilt full plate fusee and chain movement with baluster pillars, verge escapement and pierced balance cock. Outer case diameter 49mm.

Pair case pocket watch, movement is currently functioning, movement shows discolouration and marks, dial shows a large chip to the bottom, dial shows scratches and marks, hands show discolouration and damage, glass is scratched and showing dirt along edge, case has medium scratches and noticeable discolouration, case back is scratched, bow and pendant is scratched and worn, bow is loose, outer case is scratched and discoloured, there is heavy wear to the plating.
This lot does not come with box or papers.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
