Lot Description
A 20th century silver open face keyless wind pocket watch signed Buren, the white dial with hourly applied Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case hallmarked 1938, milled band, engine turned decoration to the rear, fitted with a signed movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 50mm. Together with a silver key wind open face pocket watch and a silver chain with football medallion.

Condition Report
A pocket watch signed Buren, movement is not functioning, however balance appears intact, tarnishing and scratches to the movement, dial has tiny marks, hands are scratched and discoloured, glass is lightly scratched, may polish out, case has medium scratches and scuffs, a few dents, areas of discolouration, dints and areas of pitting, crown shows signs of rubbing.
A pocket watch, movement is not currently functioning, movement is tarnished with areas of discolouration, movement comes out of case, dial is marked with small areas of discolouration and residue, a few cracks, significant chip at the centre by the boss, one hand is missing, remaining hands are scratched and discoloured, glass is scratched, some of the scratches may polish out, deeper marks may remain, case is scratched and scuffed, showing signs of rubbing, numerous dents, discoloured, crown is scratched with a dent.
A chain is scratched and has tiny dints, links showing signs of rubbing, medallion is scratched and pitted, discoloured.
