Lot Description
A George IV silver key wind full hunter pocket watch by James McCabe, London, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, circular shaped plain case, hallmarked London 1827, fitted with a signed full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement and pierced balance cock. Case diameter 53mm.

Condition Report
Full hunter pocket watch, movement is currently not functioning and will require attention to get back into working order, dial shows dark marks and scratches from use, paint work shows marks and scratches, hands are discoloured and damaged, one hand is broken and noticeably shorter than the other, glass is scratched and showing light residue from use, case has medium scratches from use, case hinges appear to function as normal, metal to case appears discoloured and tarnished, bezel is scratched from use and showing noticeable damage to the edge, bow and pendant are scratched, bow is loose.
