Lot Description
A silver key wind open face pocket watch by J. Rudelsheim, Wolverhampton, the white enamel dial with black Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, all surrounded by an outer minute track, the case, hallmarked Chester 1890, with engine turned design and vacant cartouche to rear, fitted with a signed frosted gilt full plate fusee and chain movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 52mm.

Silver pocket watch, movement is functioning intermittently and would require a service to get back into working order, dial shows marks and scratches throughout, dial shows cracks, hands show discolouration and scratches throughout, glass is scratched and showing residue to the edge of the glass, case has medium scratches from use, case has discolouration and tarnishing, case back is rubbed to the design, hinges to cover function, bow and pendant are scratched, bow is loose.
This lot does not come with box or papers.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
