An 18k gold key wind open face Patek Philippe fob watch, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track with Arabic divisions, circular shaped case having engine turned decoration to rear and cartouche with engraved initials, fitted with an unsigned Swiss bar movement with cylinder escapement. Case diameter 33mm. Total weight 30gms. With box.

Patek Philippe fob watch, movement is currently not functioning, movement shows discolouration and marks throughout, dial appears discoloured and showing cracks and marks from use, paint work to dial shows light scratches when examined closely, hands show discolouration and marks throughout, glass is scratched and showing residue from use, case has medium scratches from use, case back is scratched from use and design to case back is lightly rubbed, bezel is scratched and marked, hinges to case appear to function as normal, dust cover to movement shows heavy scratches and noticeable dents, bow and pendant are scratched and scuffed, pendant is slightly loose.
This lot comes with case.
