Lot Description

A Japanese Meiji period bronze study of a bird and frog. The perching bird observing a frog on a lilypad, 10" (25.5cm) high, together with an Art Deco style figure of a Jester (both af)

1 - Bird detached from lily pad stalk; one leg depleted (parts included). Patination slightly patchy to pad.

2 - One arm broken at elbow (but arm included - thumb depleted). Figure detached from marble base. Small chip plus one large cornet loss to marble block.
