Lot Description
A late 19th century Lachenal concertina, each of the hexagonal shaped ends with fretwork panel decoration and bone buttons (ten fitted to one end and eleven to the other). Printed paper registration number 9088, the whole connected via black leather and printed paper bellows. The wooden and leather strap handles impressed Steel Reeds, English make, in fitted case

Condition Report
One wooden end has a crack/split in it - some screws are missing from the ends and the wood is lifting. The bellows appear to be intact and without holes or splits although they are heavily worn on the edges.
Box: Handle missing, lid split, covering missing in may areas, wear and losses around key hole. Lining ripped, stained and incomplete
