by Chas. E. (Charles Edwin) Goad, Civil Engineer,
53 New Broad St., London E.C., and at Toronto & Montreal Canada, comprising:
Kingston, Jamaica, December 1894 (11 plans on six card sheets, double-sided and colour-tinted in blue, pink and yellow)
Port of Spain, February 1895 (revised to February 1897) (12)
San Fernando, Trinidad, dates as above (3)
Bridgetown, Barbados, January 1895 (partly revised to March 1897) (6)
The following all March 1897:

Roseau, Dominica (British Leeward Islands), (1)
St. Johns, Antigua, (4)
Charlotte Amalia, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Danish West Indies, (6)
Kingstown (St. Vincent), Castries (St. Lucia), Pointe a Pitre (Guadeloupe), Frederiksted (Santa Cruz/St. Croix, Danish West Indies),
Basseterre (St. Kitts), Hamilton (Bermuda), St. Georges (Bermuda), (single page each)
Mexico: Vera Cruz (1), Mexico City (2), Progeso (1), Merida (1), all March 1897
and Caracas (Venezuela), same date,

Some wear to boards commensurate with age and use. Conents a little brown around edges and some slight discolouration/fading as expected but overall still very good.
