A Royal Doulton figure of Christopher Columbus. HN3392, issued in a limited edition of 1492 (this example number 1187) to mark the 500th Anniversary of his voyage, modelled with sea-chest on decked circular base with title and frieze, printed and painted marks (gilt signature of Michael Doulton and date 1993), 11.75", (30cm) high, in original plush-lined hexagonal box of issue.
