An unusual French four-glass mantel clock. Vincenti & Cie, Paris, having a 3.5-inch silver cellular Arabic chapter ring framing a brickwork-effect centre applied with cast opposed lions and fleur-de-lis motifs, the two-train movement, numbered 15673 and with Vincenti & Cie 1855 Medaille d'Argent exhibition stamp, with anchor escapement, half hour striking on a coiled gong, the architectural case with 'tiled' roof and spires over incised projecting columns, 14.5", (37cm) high, sold with original fleur-de-lis cast pendulum, plus winder.
