A French provincial fruitwood bed. Having a humped headboard and foot, two of the four end supports with a shaped pilaster, linked by shaped wooden rails on wooden castors, internal width 43", (109cm), externally 49" x 82" x 48" high, (124.5cm x 208cm x 122cm).

No base slats or springs, and no mattress - frame only.
Would accommodate a 3ft 6in. mattress.
Frame is designed to sits longways against one wall (as one head and one foot support have no pilasters), other pair are flat.
Generally rustic (cracked/wormed/crudely finished) as per most French provincial furniture.
