Lot Description
A 19th century North Midlands yew and elm lop hoop back Windsor armchair. Having a two-stage pierced vase splat, yew hoop, arm and one turned support, over elm saddle seat, turned yew legs and conforming crinoline stretcher, 34", (87cm) high.

Crack to top centre of upper splat. Old grain cracks to arms and seat. One curved yew arm support OK, the other is an old replacement in fruitwood or mahogany.
