A mid 20th century opal and rock crystal necklace. The graduated opal beads, with faceted rock crystal bead spacers, to the oval opal cabochon push-piece clasp. Length 49cms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Re-threading recommended. The opal beads are well matched. All have a cream body colour with scattered sections of play-of-colour, presenting green, violet and red colours. Cracks to some opals, possibly impairing durability.
