Lot Description
A 1920s 9ct gold split pearl and turquoise manual wind watch. The circular-shape white dial, with black arabic numerals, within a split pearl and circular turquoise cabochon alternating surround, to the associated mid 20th century 9ct gold fancy-link bracelet strap. Watch head with import marks for Glasgow, 1920. Diameter of watch head 2.7cms. Weight 23.7gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. There are scratches to the watch head in keeping with overall wear, the dial is in good condition, there is some dirt beneath the glass. One turquoise is chipped, there is damage to some of the split pearls and significant blemishes, they vary in colour. The watch is working at present we cannot guarantee that the watch will continue to work or the accuracy of the movement. The bracelet strap has been added at a later date and was possibly originally a bracelet. There are areas of tarnishing and dents to the bracelet strap.
