Lot Description
A pair of mid 20th century jade ear pendants. Each designed as a jadeite cabochon drop with scalloped cap, suspended from a curb-link chain and circular jadeite cabochon surmount. Length 4.5cms. Weight 6.4gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. Stamped 9ct. The ear pendants have screw fittings for non-pierced ears. Jadeite untested for natural colour origin. The jadeite has patchy green and white colour. There are some cracks to the jadeite, possibly natural, durability impaired to some sections. The US prohibits the importation of items containing rubies or jadeite originating in Burma. Please be advised that inability of a purchaser to import any such item into the US or elsewhere will not constitute grounds for non-payment or cancellation of the sale.
