Lot Description

A late 19th century 9ct gold and silver diamond initial bar brooch. The old-cut diamond set 'E & L', to the rose-cut diamond shepherds crook bar. Estimated total diamond weight 0.80ct. Length 5.1cms. Weight 4.2gms.

Overall condition fair. There are scratches to the brooch and areas of distinct black discolouration to the settings and bar. The diamonds are bright,  individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Some rose-cut diamonds are chipped.
