Lot Description

A mid 20th century 15ct gold peridot and seed pearl brooch. The rectangular-shape peridot, to the split pearl foliate sides and similarly-set marquise-shape surround. Length 4.3cms. Weight 7gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition fair. There are scratches to the brooch in keeping with overall wear. There is abrasion to the facet edges of the peridot. The split pearls vary in colour, some more grey and others more peach. Some settings may need to be secured. The back pin is metal and has been replaced.
