Lot Description
A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, round case with engine turned detail and vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked Chester 1883, full plate fusee movement, missing chain. Case diameter 48mm. Together with a base metal pocket watch. Both A/F.

Silver key wind pocket watch, movement is currently functioning, movement shows discolouration and marks, dust cover to case appears in poor condition, dial is heavily discoloured and showing noticeable cracks, there is noticeable damage to the dial near the subsidiary dial, hands are discoloured and marked, glass is scratched and marked from previous use, case has notceiable discolouration and medium scratches, design to case back is heavily worn, bow and pendant are scratched and worn, hallmark to pendant is heavily rubbed, bow is loose.
Lot also comes with a base metal pocket watch, movement is not functioning, dial is heavily scratched, cracked and damaged, hands are discoloured and marked, glass is scratched, case has medium scratches from use and metal is discoloured, design to case back is rubbed, bow and pendant are loose.
