A late 19th century silver and 9ct gold diamond and enamel cockerel brooch. Designed as a strutting cockerel, with rose-cut diamond plumage, to the red enamel wattle and comb, garnet cabochon eye and textured feet. Length 3.8cms. Weight 9gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Estimated total diamond spread weight 1.20cts, which is no indication of the total diamond weight. Due to the nature of the cut and the size of the diamonds, we cannot provide an accurate estimate of the colour/clarity grades. Minor loss to the red enamel. Scratches to the pin.
