A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum amethyst and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape amethyst, within a single-cut diamond surround, to the plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Weight 5.2gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The amethyst has a medium to deep body colour. Small dark inclusions are visible under 10x magnification. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stamped 18ct plat. Ring size R 1/2.
