A late 19th century silver and gold sapphire and diamond bar brooch. Designed as two circular-shape sapphires, within three old-cut diamond scrolling lines, to the knife edge bar and circular-cut sapphire terminals. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Length 4.5cms. Weight 3.7gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The sapphires have a medium body colour a silky appearance. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
