An early 20th century 15ct gold synthetic sapphire and diamond bar brooch. The circular-shape sapphire, within an openwork halo, to the old-cut diamond graduated sides. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Length 6cms. Weight 3.6gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Light nibbles to surface of synthetic sapphire. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stamped 15ct.
