A late 19th century continental silver and gold diamond bar brooch. The rose-cut diamond, to the old-cut diamond bar and rose-cut diamond terminals. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 0.90ct. Length 4cms. Weight 3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. The setting is quite seriously tarnished black, specifically to the reverse. Dimensions of central rose-cut diamond 7.2 by 6.9, depth restricted. The central rose-cut diamond is chipped in two separate places, there are substantial nibbles and chips to the outer surround. There is a also abrasion to the outer edge of one of the diamond terminals and an easily visible fracture. The terminal diamonds appear quite tinted, they all appear quite grey. Some of the settings may need to be secured. The back pin and catch is secure.
