Still life with fruit
Pears, apples, red grapes and quince or greengages on a mossy bank
Oil on canvas, monogrammed lower right
13.5" x 17.5", (34cm x 44.5cm)
in gilt slip and acanthus-moulded gilt frame,
old typewritten label verso with price £1250 (1988).

Brown paper verso over joins between stretcher and slip/frame.
Some old cracking to frame: has been crudely overgilded some years ago and is now lacking definition to moulding.
