An inlaid mahogany-cased mantel clock retailed by Elkington. The 4.5-inch white-enamelled convex Arabic dial marked 'ELKINGTON', with French two-train gong-striking movement having a Samuel Marti stamp, numbered 4557 52, the arched case with chequered stringing and husk patera on brass splayed bracket feet, 12", (30.5cm) high.
