A French gilt metal mantel clock. Late 19th century, the 3.25-inch Roman dial with Breguet hands, two-train outside countwheel-striking movement stamped Samuel Marti & Cie, the case with a couple flanking a spring and drum-head housing on a spreading scroll base, 16.25" wide x 14.5" high, (41cm x 37cm).
