Lot Description

A late Victorian/Edwardian carved light oak sideboard. Having a break-arched foliate-carved low back (reduced) over moulded top on three frieze drawers with brass backplate ring handles, over a pair of carved cupboards flanking a further drawer and shaped 'dog-kennel' base raised on bracket feet, 72" x 23" x 50" high, (183cm x 58.5cm x 127cm).

Back reduced - has been a mirror-backed sideboard. there is evidence of 'feet' at each end where original shelved back would have rested, plus cut-outs to back edge of base not visible otherwise (where back would have dropped in).
Otherwise good, with good colour.
