A late 18th century style walnut bureau bookcase, the projecting cornice above twin panelled mirrored doors opening to reveal two fitted interior shelves, twin candle slides and the front opening to reveal a fitted compartmented interior and tooled leather writing surface, above bracket style feet, 39" (99cm) wide, 82" (208.25cm) high

Split to side of bureau. Back boards replaced. Moulding replaced to top of bureau. Some moulding loose, pitted and poor. Lifting areas of veneer, splits and losses to areas of veneer.
