A late 19th century silver and 18ct gold diamond brooch. Designed as a graduated old-cut diamond crescent, to the scrolling gallery. Estimated total diamond weight 2.60cts, I-J colour, SI1-P1 clarity. Length 2.8cms. Weight 7.1gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Light tarnishing to the reverse. With hinge fitting to the reverse and safety chain. Diamonds bright and fairly well matched. Clarity varies, some with minor inclusions visible under magnification, others with scattered inclusions and large surface reaching inclusions. Diamonds generally in good condition with minor abrasion, some in fair condition with nibbles and nicks. Replacement brooch pin. Brooch fitting in good working order.
