An Edwardian 18ct gold ruby and diamond snake ring. Designed as a pair of coiled snakes, with circular-shape ruby and old-cut diamond crests. Hallmarks for Chester, 1907. Weight 4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Evidence of resizing. Significant scratches to the inside of the back of the band. Ruby pinkish-red. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Ruby in good to fair condition with minor abrasion and nibbles to the facet edges. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Profuse inclusions, some of which are surface reaching, visible to the unaided eye.
