A late Victorian 18ct gold ruby and diamond ring. Set with alternating circular-shape ruby and old-cut diamonds, to the scrolling shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1900. Weight 2.5gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Nibbles and minor chips to gemstones. Several ruby replacement, some are possibly synthetic ruby replacements. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
