A 1930's silver mounted ice pail with swing handle and cut glass body, hallmarked Hukin & Heath Ltd, Birmingham 1931, height not including handle 6 3/4 inches (17 cm). Together with a similar smaller example with silver strainer, hallmarked Hukin & Heath Ltd, Birmingham 1937, height not including handle 5 inches (12.5 cm). (2).

The displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. The silver displays heavy tarnishing visible and would benefit from a clean and polish. Minor imperfections to the glass. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
