Condition Report
Both items display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Ivory handles on the quaich appear quite mottled and dirty. The hallmarks are clear and legible. On the pin dish, there is one large and one smaller hole to the centre and various ring marks around the larger hole. Clearly, a further section was originally fixed here. Several other deeper scratches and nicks are visible and some small surface dints and bumps. Some rounding of edges and slight loss of detail to the female head and hair. Maker's mark slightly rubbed but otherwise the hallmarks are clear and legible.
