Condition Report
All three inkwells display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Numerous deeper scratches and nicks are visible and some surface dints and bumps. On the larger example, these minor dints are mainly around the edge of the base. The hinged lid on this inkwell is in good working order. The hallmarks are quite rubbed and indistinct but still just legible. There are some much larger dints to the smaller inkwells, around the main body of the 1936 example and large knocks to the lid of the 1926 inkwell. The hinged lids on these two are also slightly out of alignment, leaving small gaps when they are closed. Some rubbing to hallmarks but still legible. The 1912 and 1936 inkwells are deficient of glass liners.
