Lot Description

A 1920's silver photograph frame of circular stepped form with a wooden easel back, hallmarked S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd, Chester 1923, diameter measuring 4 inches (10 cm). Together with a modern silver mounted photograph frame, hallmarked Birmingham 1989 and an Edwardian silver capstan inkwell, Birmingham 1908. (3).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The circular photograph frame is dented to the edge, the glass is ill-fitting and loose. Capstan inkwell also a little dented to the base rim, glass liner present, although it is a touch loose and may be a replacement. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
