The item displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  It is quite dirty in places and would benefit from a clean and polish.  General minor nicks, especially around the rims.  Stuck marks to the underside are mainly legible.  There is one indistinct mark, which appears to be two indistinct letters below a crown in an oval shape punch.
