An Edwardian pair of silver sugar tongs with matching sifter spoon, each with foliate scroll decoration to the stems, in fitted case, hallmarked Charles Wilkes, Birmingham 1901. Together with an Edwardian cased christening spoon in Old English pattern with engraved armorial to terminal, hallmarked A Beardshaw & Co., Sheffield 1908 and two further cased christening spoons, one hallmarked Birmingham 1927, the other Sheffield 1938/1963, a later pair of silver sugar tongs with personal engraving, hallmarked Birmingham 1934, and two cheese knives, a cake slice and a bread knife, all with Queen's style pattern silver handles. Weighable silver 3.8 ozt (121 grams).

Condition Report
All the pieces display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The spoon bowls appear to have generally faired quite well. The Queen's pattern handles all display some heavier tarnishing. There is some damage at the joins of the handles to the blades and on one of the cheese knives, the blade and handle have completely come apart and are being held together by tape. Some rubbing but hallmarks are mainly legible.
