A Victorian silver christening mug, engraved with floral festoons and swags, 'C' shaped handle and personal inscription, hallmarked George William Adams, London 1876, height measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm). Together with an Art Deco silver christening mug with personal engraving, hallmarked Deakin & Francis Ltd, Birmingham 1945, height measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm). Gross weight 9.2 ozt (286 grams). (2).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Both would benefit from a clean and polish. The hallmarks are clear and legible, a little rubbed to the 1940's example.
