A late Victorian silver trinket/vanity box, the heart shape with frilled rims and hinged embossed lid. Hallmarked Stokes & Ireland Ltd (William Henry Stokes & Arthur George Ireland), Chester 1898. Maximum length measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm), weight 2.6 ozt (81 grams).
