Condition Report
The item displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing is visible and it would benefit from a clean and polish. More wear is visible to the edges and corners and there are some deeper scratches and nicks to some areas. Slight loss of detail to decoration in places and a couple of minor surface dints. Hinges and clasp are in good working order. Some fading and discolouration to the material lining. The hallmarks and part hallmarks are clear and legible.
