An early twentieth century silver mounted pin cushion/hat pin stand modelled as a triangular open-work canopy with Tudor Rose decoration. Hallmarked John Round & Son Ltd, Sheffield 1911, registered number 571758. Height measuring 5 1/2 inches (14 cm).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dints and tiny holes worn through to the base corners. Wobbles slightly. Cushion deteriorated. The hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's mark partly worn.
