Lot Description

A 1930's silver small salver, of circular form with moulded Chippendale style rim, with personal presentation engraving to the centre. Hallmarked Birmingham 1935, with maker's mark 'C&C'. Maximum diameter measures 8 1/8 inches (20.5 cm), weight 8.11 ozt (252.3 grams).

The salver displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and some light tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  Several deeper scratches and nicks are visible and some remnants of polish.  A couple of slight surface dints/bumps.  Maker's mark is slightly distorted, other marks are clear and legible.
