Lot Description

A Greek or Southern Italian (Etruscan/Apulian) terracotta jug or oenochoe of bulbous bodied design with loop handle and pinched lip, the whole decorated with black figures and animals on a terracotta ground. 9 1/2" (24.2cm high), together with a similar ancient style green glazed three handled vessel, both the feet and the handles with animal head motifs, 11 1/4" (28.5cm) high.
