Lot Description

A 19th century cast patinated bronze figure. After the Antique, modelled as the Roman She-Wolf being suckled by Romulus and Remus, the original now in the Palazzo dei Conservatori, Capitoline Museum, Rome, the whole on a rectangular plinth base. 6" wide x 3 3/4" high, (15.3cm x 9.5cm).
