Manner of William Stone, Senior, (Exh. 1865-1878)
A winter scene with faggot gatherer and child
before a thatched water mill, a church distant
Oil on artist's board, unsigned,
13.5" x 22", (34cm x 56cm),

in gilt slip and (depleted) gilt frame under glass,
together with a large print of a stag after W. Reeves,
23.5" x 35.5", (60cm x 90cm), in swept gilt frame, (2).
