Lot Description

A late 19th century French black slate clock garniture. Samuel Marti Paris, retailed by W. R. Bullen Norwich. The 4.25" dial with Arabic chapter ring and Breguet hands, the two train movement striking on a coiled gong, with 1889 exhibition stamp numbered 2364, the architectural case with dome and columns. 17.74" (45cm) high. Together with a pair of urns on matching stepped bases, 10.25" (26cm) high.
