An Edwardian inlaid mahogany mantel clock. The movement by Japy Freres, Paris, the 4 inch convee white-enamelled dial with Arabic hours and quarters, the two-train movement with exhibition stamp and numbered 25188, the case with urn finial and spreading pedestal over arched case inlaid with satinwood crossbanding, ebony and boxwood stringing, and a conch shell patera between fluted canted corners, on brass spreading bracket feet. 12.5", (32cm) high.
